Bidford On Avon, Warwickshire, B50 4NP This 25 pitch campsite can be found to the rear of the Cottage of Content Country Pub within the Barton village and close to picturesque Bidford upon Avon and its riverside walks. Sitting beside the traditional, charming pub, is a campsite with grass pitches. Electric and water hook-up points are sited around the perimeter of the field, while tents or caravans not requiring electric hook ups are centrally pitched in the field. 24 electric and water hook up pitches around the perimeter of the site with tent pitches in the centre of the field. Toilet and wet room shower facilities are available on-site. There is a camp wash up area to the rear of the shower rooms offering hot and cold running water.

These facilities are available to all campsite users. There is a children`s play area and beer garden. Families and dogs are welcome. We offer an amazing range of cask ales and ciders in the pub along with traditional home cooked food served from 12 noon till 2 pm and in the evenings from 6pm till 8pm and Sunday roasts throughout the season from 12 noon till 3 pm. Live entertainment takes place some Saturday evenings. Situated just yards from the river Avon, (day fishing permits are available in the village) The pub offers real ales, a wide range of ciders, home cooked food. Open from 12 noon every day until 11pm. Live entertainment some Saturday nights and Quiz Night every Thursday evening.

Deanwood has direct access into the Forest of Dean where it is possible to walk for miles without meeting another person. The Royal Forest of Dean is an ancient oak woodland which is home to deer, buzzards and wild boar as well as many other animals and birds. Sheep have the right to roam freely under an ancient law, and life goes on at a leisurely pace.
Yorkley is easy walking distance from Deanwood Holiday Campsite being only half a mile away. In Yorkley Village there are 2 general stores, one of which houses the Post Office, 2 village pubs, a hairdresser, Health Centre and Community Centre.
